I know I may sound ambitious, but I know everyone on this forum has to have big dreams and vision otherwise you wouldn't be interested in real estate investing at all. 

Once you find the deal, the dream is to have it on autopilot from then on.  

The idea of business cards came from the day dreaming of this real estate club meeting. 

@Jennifer Preddy Egbert that is an interesting way to spin the offer... sometimes the idea of 'free something' can give it more weight than it would otherwise carry. just need to decide if worth having a tenant in there, would want an airtight lease in case she changes her mind and wants to stay longer...

Can it be done by you......highly unlikely to no way in hell.Money makes money, those looking to get in with nothing to offer but hopes and dreams are a dime a dozen and usually fail miserably. 

It was an investors dream before I got involved.

I repeat that for dog owners to first tell me about the weight and the breed of the dog before booking. 

I actually dreamed a few days before that I was homeless after losing my current house to a hurricane.

Partnership agreements carry significant weight unless they violate some sort of public policy or seek to waive a duty case law demands is non waivable.
