Hello BiggerPockets Community,I've been consuming a lot of content from the BiggerPockets books and website recently, especially about networking and building your team, but until now I feel like I am stuck with a chicken-or-egg problem: How do you start building your REI network if you have limited experience and resources?

@Immanuel Pierre there's ONLY a couple of companies that manage room-by-room because it's so difficult and time consuming.

Your goal with a property shouldn't be to hold it forever, it should be to build enough equity to use that to buy another or to sell when hot and turn it into two assets.

Well, in 2018 76% of all online traffic was online video. 2019 is projected to 82% of all consumer internet traffic will be video.

Estimating a project is time consuming and hard to get a hold of contractors that do this the proper way. 

I would be more than willing to offer Lunch for your help and be forever grateful for someone to give me the kick in the butt I desperately desire. 

Some versions of consumer software like TurboTax also have that option, but I think it's only in forms mode.

Have never seen a consumer expert endorsing these.What is their fee without these protections?
