no wonder allot of people think we are all not fair.I see it as if you want it your way you have to do it yourself,last month we had a realtor go renegotiate a wholesale (this was an assignment of a assignment) and pissed off the seller and we all lost him.Nothing works better than a system (macky dee's),what you did with shortsales is what I am working on setting up a flow chart for my Mechanic leins.

@Jaquette GreenUnless you have allot of construction experience and can recognize termites, previous water damage, what wiring is ok vs bad, etc I would get an inspection.I've seen hundreds of houses and I still get inspections because they always find things I miss even if it's minor.For Instance, I recently learned not all knob and tube is bad and it was used in some cities into the 1980s!

Not sure where you got your Mortgage figure from, but the BP mortgage calculator say a mortgage of 24500 for 30 years at 7% would be 162.99 and that is without any tax or insurance allotment in the mortgage.
