The trigger is different every time but it is going to happen problem is we can not predict what the trigger will be so have no idea when it will happen.Everything is now in place for a collapse to occur it's simply a matter of time.

Now, I take full responsibility for my ignorance here and just blindly signing things, especially as someone who deals with commercial finance regularly and has his own clients sign similar fee agreements.Honestly it just never occurred to me mostly because I was just so damn excited to sell the house and be done with it.

It gets more complex because when the purchased occurred I was a 50% shareholder... about 5 years ago I bought 1 partner out 30% so was an 80% shareholder.
