The reason one may opt for insuring a <=80% LTV mortgage is the lender is offering a sufficiently lower mortgage rate that it more than offsets the cost of the insurance premium {not usually a factor in today's ultra-low interest rate environment}.High-ratio mortgages are only available on owner-occupied, residential properties (1-4 units) and your maximum LTV is 90% (3 - 4 unit) or 95% (1-2 unit).

Debt platforms have an incredible flow of deals (sometimes lending against a vast variety of assets - mainly property, but often luxury boats, race cars, ultra sport cars, jewelry collections etc).

I cant remember the color off hand (kind of a cream color with semi gloss white trim), but I did go with a good quality paint Behr premium ultra thinking that it will hold up longer. 

There have been a few that have been ultra successful, but the ones that aren't great at what they do got shaken out of the market years ago.  

Property manager suggested flooring for the kitchen and baths could be Allure red rock or Allure Ashlar tiles.For the LR and Hall could be Allure Ultra planks in Vintage Oak Cinnamon.
