Hi Blake,I'm pretty late to this thread, but just searched Nashville and this post came up.

Some markets that are really showing some growth are Charlotte, Orlando, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Jacksonville, Birmingham, Tampa, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, and Nashville.

Any wholesalers working short sales in the Nashville area?

I used to live north of Nashville, up in Clarksville, and was once familiar with that area.

I'm a new BP member from Nashville and have been lurking and listing to the Podcasts for a while now.  

We took a trip to Nashville to verify a possibility - - sure glad we did - - it was a learning experience as they say, but as noted elsewhere here on BP,  no deal  is better than a bad deal.IMO, out of state investments is like a marathon compared to a jog around the park.
