Although all of the Los Angeles metropolitan area's twenty-one office submarkets contributed to the metro's recent rent growth, it is worth noting that the 0.8% asking rent growth rate of the past 12 months compares unfavorably to the metro's long term performance.Competitive Inventory, Employment, AbsorptionTotal employment in the Los Angeles metropolitan area increased by 14,200 jobs during the first quarter, representing a growth rate of 0.3%, while in the dominant office-using industries, employment grew by 4,600.

It makes you less hirable and much less respected in this industry. 

That is highly irregular in the industry!

Be prepared to handle administrative tasks, build relationships with industry professionals, and bring a fresh perspective and strong work ethic.

If they were truly “good” they’d reduce their entire fee structure which is among the highest in the industry.

It takes a very special relationship to work with someone in such a risky industry. 

Interestingly, this artistic pursuit beautifully intertwines with my love for real estate, a field that has also introduced me to some of the industry's brightest minds during my performances.

Industrial midwest cities help built this country and this economy and many got left behind after the manufacturing left and I've seen it first hand how it destroyed communities but they're resilient cities with very strong and resilient people and are excellent for Section 8 rentals.
