I've started asking questions for clarity with scenario/situation posts like this.

As a Mexican real estate agent living in Canada and with a presence in the United States, one of the most common questions I hear in the investor community is: "Can foreigners buy real estate in Mexico?"

But we want to get into house flipping and have started looking at the listings here to find investors and properties.My question here is if we are in escrow and we find a property and an investor and get in escrow there, how would that affect the purchase of our new home?
