If so, that should have been a red flag.If you're in an especially low-rent market (and it sounds like you are) and you're concerned a 12 month lease will make you less competitive, you might consider using an inexpensive loss-leader like a "free 40-inch TV" with a 12 month lease as an incentive to sign.Just remember the price of the TV when you need to go after the tenant for a broken lease.

That might take 1 1/2 inch at max which isnt noticeable. 

I have been inching towards my next purchase and it seems like it may be hard to stay close.  

I have had estimates from Ram Jack to raise a concrete porch 1 inch, they wanted $6,000.

Also within 6 inches of open cook areas = cooktop and exhaust vent.

May require a lawyer but giving one inch to a person like that is just going to be followed by another thing and another and another.

Apparently even 2 5/16 inch balls have light duty models.
