So for you it might mean opening a different type of credit card if you find the box stores are messing around with you because a limit like I’ve got won’t get you very far with a whole house renovation.

Where are the grocery stores you will use, restaurants you generally like, do you want walkable or suburban.  

You've got a lot of green/granola/alternative types and type stuff and stores and restaurants, and you've got a lot of downsides to that -- homelessness, anti-government/anti-vaxxers/homeopathic types.

I would prefer to make a business plan to target a small grocery store property.

Might be a better card if you get a big kickback at the furniture store and you need more stuff, or travel a lot.

You could also go to the local hardware store and grab a sample of each insulation type and do some tests of your own with a speaker in a box.
