Hey everyone,I've got a commercial property, and a tenant is looking to sell his business, which would basically mean the business (a store) stays there, but is under a new owner.

I would also suggest finding local supply stores to find out where you can buy tile, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanitys and sinks.

If they are good, paying tenants, I would keep them in place for the first year and save up the cashflow so that when I do increase the rents, if turnover happens I have some money stored up to put towards the turn and have less come out of my own pocket. 

However, we need a place to lay our heads and store our stuff for a month or two while on the hunt.

I have enough funds and am looking for a warehouse about 10,000-15,000sqft. with 2-3 loading docks, 3 phase power, within approximately 100 miles from DFW, with a purchase price in the $400,000 - $500,000 price range.
