Has anyone had any success with buying motivated seller leads or buying into a website that produces them for you?

I’ve got 25 units and in 5 years only have 1 problem tenant that is only a problem because they like to text/call me 15 times about a small problem after I’ve already dealt with it.

I love the ability to text tenants right from the software, to pay owners via eCheck, and the structure of how the maintenance requests come in.

There are CRMs like KVCore that can accomplish this and works best if you tie it into your website and texts so that they can easily go to a single place for completing it.
