Good luck with the medical...that whole process is frustrating for sure, but they are better about it nowadays.    

Commercial will exit much easier even in secondary or tertiary markets.

That area is next to a healthcare hub, there is Kings County Hospital, Downstate Medical Center, Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center and Brookdale Hospital.

Having owned parks in primary, secondary, and tertiary markets, lack of demand is the #1 deal killer for me. 

Not assisting living or nursing home but homes for elderly who just can't keep up with their property and want an apartment and maybe someone there encase they need food and to make sure they take medication and if they just need some help.

Will - you should be able to find smaller properties leased to investment grade tenants with 10+ years remaining on the lease term IF you are willing to buy in tertiary markets.

If you are going to do Houston, you would probably want it somewhere near the 'medical center' which is close the stadium and downtown. 

If he was only 9 months into the ch 13 then he likely didn't complete the 13 plan and decided to flip to ch 7 to discharge credit card bills, medical bills, etc.
