If the property was a foreclosure or REO then when they accept a contract they consider it ratified, but technically the agent has to wait on the final initials for sometimes as long as two weeks.

LLC A is not an owner of those properties so you might technically in violation.

Trying to structure entities and all that before you've technically even started your "business" is really putting the cart before the horse.
