And of course, that comes without the pressure sales tactics, which are something that has stained our industry to one degree or another unfortunately. 

Seeing how most tenants treat things, outside of stained concrete, not sure you are going to find anything that you are going to be happy to look at after 5 years or so of wear and tear.  

-There are water stains on the ceiling above the tub.

It definitely needs work I noticed waters stains on the inside but he said the roof has been fixed about a year ago.

There were some minor water stains (probably from spilled water) but it was nothing that a floor refinisher and his sanders couldn't fix. 

At first I thought the floors were warped from the tenants dog ,that they were not suppose to have, since there was urine stains every where and I thought the sound of the water running was from  a shower valve.

They're the ones that are going to be left high and dry here, further staining the name of LOs.

They were stained and an army green color.

we do great repairs if there are stains or damaged areas.
