Even though it wasn't necessary because I always had a team that was doing the work that needed to be done physically.

I don't have to visit my properties much because I have a team in place for each thing, systems in place to make most tasks automated (cleaning scheduling, guest communications, etc.), and emergency systems in place for when an emergency occurs.

Meeting and working with an architect, building a team (GCs, Subs, Title, Lenders). 

Once you've established a solid team of property managers, contractors and lenders, you'll be well-prepared to take on more complex strategies like BRRRR.

I filed an insurance claim on our landlord insurance and got a remediation team in there immediately to stop the damage.

I would like to get something setup to help connect all of the different teams you would need to do a full job from finance to maintenance and everything in between. 

We are also entrepreneurs who have run a successful marketing firm since 2011, so we have experience building a business from scratch, hiring, marketing, building and leading teams, high-level negotiating, etc. 

It can be challenging to collaborate with out-of-state buyers on fix-and-flip projects unless they are experienced and have a solid team of contractors.

We also have a real estate team.

Before jumping in to an llc, I would encourage you to start building relationships with team members, brokers, finding deals and underwriting deals.
