Theses days my primary focus has been to continue to build, network, and educate myself in the process.I'm primarily based in South Florida & Atlanta (licensed in FL & GA), I have an Interior and Architecture firm and work as a realtor(commercial/luxury residential homes) as well I'm always looking for wholesalers, contractors, and other realtors to work with, I'm here to help where I can! 

I have worked as an architectural designer with few leading architectural companies for past 10 years and have gained years of experience in single family and multifamily planning and design.

All of their processes seem to be *** backwards, and every time you talk to someone it feels like their goal is to not let you accomplish the only thing you were trying to get done...Feel free to reach out if you have any architectural questions for projects in the area! 

My goal is to be completely finished by the end of summer and move out and get an apartment in Green Bay, WI.As far as my future goals are I'm stuck between going to school for architecture or continuing what I'm doing with painting and carpentry.  

In terms of hard dollars she said 0-2,000 unless it is an amazing architectural feature of the property.

With the new laws you probably won’t spend a ton on permits but setting up utilities alone can get pricey not to mention architectural/structural drawings.

But if you are going to take this as a step in a direction that you think you want to make a career out of designing functional spaces  and know how to make structural decisions and how that effects design, then I would suggest looking into architecture as a career.

Of course, I would make sure it fits in architecturally and looks like a natural continuation of my house.
