Walk score, ride bike to work.I am with you there.. find these pockets these gems and help transform them.Thanks Jay,I'm sitting in this coffee shop as I type and it has a super Hipster feel about it.It's right in the heart of Price Hill.Now, there are some absolute stunner views here (Maybe some of the best in the region).In Oz, "water glimpses" or "district views" increase the value in the hundreds of thousands and I know they aren't as valued here.But still, that little pocket that I circled is just a straight shoot on 8th to Downtown Cinci.It's a bit rough there mate but it still makes me wonder.There really aren't that many buildings.

I initially wanted to purchase a MFH and live in one side and rent out the other, however I was discouraged from doing so by both the realtor I was working with and the people in my immediate sphere of influence (mostly quality of life concerns--they're still appalled I live in such a tiny apartment by choice :)  ).
