Our goal is to identify a property and make an offer before the end of 1Q 2025.

i.e. getting outbid on offers, properties become unavailable before you get a chance to see them, etc...You are not alone!

They used to offer exclusive properties but now it appears that they are pulling MLS listings and will connect you with an agent.

For instance - I am looking to see if anyone has experience with installing recessed lighting into a horse hair plaster ceiling and if anyone could offer advice on the process I should take when doing so? 

I'll add that you must manage yourself for at least a year (all four seasons, etc.) to have a real understanding of what you want done and how much you would value what is offered by STR PM.

My bank connection breaks multiple times a year, and we are going on 2 months with no offered solution from Stessa other than they are working on it. 

@Jaedon Stout - I assume the 0% interest option comes from some credit offering or credit card offering....

Both offer unique advantages, but understanding the trade-offs is crucial for making the right decision.
