Hey @Ruben VanDusen,I'll answer your questions in reverse as it makes more sense that way. - What systems/software do you recommend to use to determine the markets to invest/buy into?

There will always be some sense of resentment or issues that you leveraged control ect.

I was a novice investor in 2019-21 and thought the deals all made sense but didn't understanding where cap rates were and where the market was, I feel like the GP team should have known like many other GPs knew what was coming. 

I also feel like it is pretty beginner friendly in the sense that no cashflow or even slightly negative cashflow still provides opportunity through equity gain.
