You won’t find many seller-financing deals here, so if you're looking to scale quickly, your next best option is the BRRRR method—using cash or hard money to acquire properties and DSCR loans to refinance into. 

If you use a cash-out refi, you can deploy the money elsewhere to partially offset that interest if it will be sitting idle a while.

You have zero control over the stock market, whereas when you do private lending, you have significantly higher control and contractually guaranteed return on your money.
