Regarding all of that work, is there anything you think could be automated that would either free up your time to close on deals faster or help you profit more on a deal?

Not sure how old you are, and $200K in a 401K may be a little or a lot based on age, there may be so many implications taking out money from your $401k, especially if you are still working for this company.feel free to reach out for tax advice

I would recommend matching old reservation rates and offering free gifts to secure good reviews and booking momentum.

No free weeks, no reduced deposit, etc.
