I attempted to reach out to my property manager on 6/30 as per the lease expiration date in writing and he had a terrible attitude and told me I needed to wait until a certain date to have him reach out to the tenants.

Im currently waiting for estimates on both cutting down the trees and just trimming them.  

For my second unit I waited 3 whole months until they found somebody who was "One Rent Guaranteed".

I think its more a wait and see. 

@Mani Lubana oh look, another newbie who bought the an online "guru's" crap about S8 being the cure to everything.Oh wait, it can also pay you more than market rent!

Most recently, the town I was looking at passed an outright ban and is considering permanently requiring that any new owners wait 12 months before implementing an STR.
