It's all just a myth...32209 even has good pockets but most of it is crime ridden.

Anyway, I don’t know if this is a dumb question or too vague, but I’ve really enjoyed the Bigger Pockets website and all the info on here.

I don’t get why people would pay for an education when you could get it for free on bigger pockets.
