Funny how finnacial "wizards" always try to quicly distract BP investors away from thier comments with subsequent posts when they poke thier nose in a discussion topic in which they display complete finnacial ignorance to all.That's okay,  they need to learn too.

You should probably not ignore it but don't mow the lawn yourself unless you charge her for the service. 

If this is accurate I guess call my ignorant but why would anyone only attempt to get 1%?

So if you sell for $800k, you need to get a new prop for $800k (ignoring closing costs just for clarity).

BP community, especially the unlicensed ones, were you aware we have such greedy agents such as this that will either charge you more if they aren’t getting 3%, or they will just flat out ignore a potential property for you if their commission isn’t enough?

Whether through ignorance or willfulness, they open themselves up to risk, and do so holding your money.

Before I begin I just want to mention that I am currently a finance student at a university here in the United States so please excuse my ignorance. 

Selling quickly at the first sign of dollar signs is something REI ignorant people do when they receive a "We Buy Houses" postcard in the mail.
