If you feel you are ready for this and have a desire to ignore advice that doesnt fit what you want to hear just go for it.

That being said, I would use the "Lenders" link on BiggerPockets to try to reach out to more lenders about any programs they have that may fit your needs.Granted, my personal experience is somewhat dated, but when I was primarily doing BRRRs, I had a local lender that required 12 month seasoning on my first two deals.

I am basically always looking to buy if it fits my buy box. 

I’ve got that Arizona license #AZ-21837, and I lean on a pretty wide network of top-tier realtors and boots-on-the-ground pros who can give you insights you might not find by just browsing listings online.

I've generally gone out for those sorts of trips unless you really trust the team to have a sharp eye as a lot of the styling happens once everything arrives and you have to make it fit together.

Hey @Marc Shin, as I said in your previous post I think 4.5 cuft is the minimum.If you can get a deal on a 5.0 and it will fit, then go with that.

Due to fleet of vehicles at the top of the driveway, it is not trivial to turn around.
