You will probably also want to repeatedly bomb the place for fleas....they may have had the dog on a treatment but the eggs can still hatch after the fact.

Hi, @Anna Smith.It's definitely "safer" to pay all cash for a property.However, the income returns on rental houses are usually pretty slim if you pay all cash (and there's no appreciation and eventual sale).A little leverage could get you more houses and a larger nest egg (either cash flow or paid off houses) in the future.Here's the good news.  

Or perhaps I simply run my life through a company that isn't actually in business - things like insurance, cell phone, cars, utilities, you name it.

I have been in many homes where some of the other signs ( smell of rotting eggs, corrosive bath fixtures, corrosive AC )  do not exist.

Also I would need to secure funding, but have a small nest egg to work with and like I said we have W2 income with great credit, low debt/income ratio.

I'm curious what app you guys have found that works best for adding additional lines to your cell phone for business and marketing campaigns.

I would not put my eggs in this basket if you are planning on doing a 203k, you may be setting yourself up for disappointment or failure.
