I have applied for an LLC and have purchased my domain names and have three websites up and running although they need some work.

We have seen in the past SSL issues on the site, but it's because we have the SSL under a different domain with our hosting company.Anyways, if you could help me resolve this issue I'd greatly appreciate it.Regards,Mark

However after some research it looks like this house is listed as a property for an upcoming sheriff sale, further it seems that this house had an history, it was condemned & seized by eminent domain by the local redevelopemnt authority, then later sold to the current owner.

The longer your website has been around (Website Domain Name) the more advantage you have when you do decide to take build it out.It so cheap to put up a "respectable" website with Domain Name/Hosting/Wordpress/Theme $20 upfront cost + $5/mo after that.

I grabbed the domain name SMPTX.COM because it was available and one thing I learned over 15 years of web design is that short names sometimes get grabbed quick. 

Also, your email provider can usually block that domain or sender from their system too.
