They did give you info that they love your place, plan to stay forever, and accordingly you should increase the rent $250 per month if allowed by your local laws for the aggravation of dealing with them.

As stated previously, my PM is already on this path (and just taking FOREVER ugh).  1 week to fill out and snail mail the city rental application, another week and they say they're waiting on the city to schedule the inspection. 

The appraised value came in at $450,000; my loan is about $350,000 - I think you can do that math.Do I think I'll be able to do $2,000/month forever - not likely.
