Hello BP Community, Need some advise on how to solve a pressing issue: I was working with a property management company in Jacksonville, FL that simply wasn't performing, so I decided to replace them.Transitioning has been a pain, meaning that they do not respond, do not share required documents, or collaborate.

As an owner and operator of many parks, I want to collaborate with Frank, who is spot on with his perspective here.

I take my license for investment purposes mostly and will be happy to collaborate with you in the future.
