His car is still in the driveway, the home is vacant and I don't know what happens to the home or how it can be purchased from someone else.

They begged me not to have a security deposit or to get it from the previous owner, give them til dec for rent to go up instead of nov and to work with them on the sept 1 rent because he had a job but no transportation and needed to fix his car.  I

I grew up in Cary and the growth it has seen in the past 15-20 years has been astonishing. 

We had about 30K left over after taxes and expenses, so I bought her a car I knew she wanted. 

., no student debt, car is paid-off, no debts other than two mortgages.

The Case Manager (to make the peace) also added additions such as their car is not allowed on the premises and the tenants must be respectful of inside noise after 10pm.
