I wouldnt do a quitclaim deed but Im not an expert on the topic - I believe its best to go with an attorney or a title company.

This will impact the rents on your current home when you move to house hack.I believe the MTR/STR market in San Diego has suffered similar impacts as many other STR markets resulting from the fed trying to slow the economy.  

I believe it is gathering STR data which is only partially relevant.

Its becomes a lifestyle.You REALLY need to be into that "lifestyle" since I believe your rate is higher.
