We looked at a beautiful mill building some years ago, but the owner wouldn't part with it for a reasonable price--so we walked.

And we just like real estate...We live in the center of the Adirondacks in Northern NY, a beautiful but slightly economically depressed area.

That's the beauty of this platform.

The house is definitely on the older side, built circa 1930, but walking through the property I saw a ton of potential (huge back porch, front porch, large semi-modern kitchens, beautiful hardwood floors trapped under dingy carpets, etc.).

Then again they do have a beautiful High School now so I am hoping that helps bring more people to the town. 

So serious we decided it is best to leave the beautiful San Diego area for a better market.We noticed Ohio cities have really high rent ratio (we downloaded data from Zillow on rent ratio by city in the USA).

Rather than try and change that floor, which is updated and beautiful, I would like to put a finished master bedroom in the basement, would potential home buyers go for this?
