Walmart has a peel and stick tile that looks like hardwood for 0.30/sqft which I am going to try out this weekend in a rental.

Now in Wa mainly cash flow because I want retirement income so I never have to work at Walmart!

Other than building a brand name like McDonald, In & Out Burger, Walmart, etc....what else is possible?

For the non-professionals employees, we are the startup city for food franchises and have a warehouse district on the south end that houses Target, WalMart, Amazon, Boars head meats, etc.

My wife and I are retired and real estate keeps us from ever having to work at Walmart.

Financially free living in a van parked in a Walmart parking lot is one way to go.

You can always use an LLC in between you and the Mexican structure if your personal situation dictates.You can use amazon.mx or go to Home Depot, Liverpool or Wal Mart for example.

Other major employers are the two hospitals, Walmart, and the school districts.
