It is possible that after your electrician gets in there and addresses the tripped breaker, your current microwave will work again.Additionally, when the electrician comes, you may want to discuss with him/her the opportunity to upgrade the breaker to a larger voltage so that the kitchen electrical can take more of a load.Best of luck to you!

Keep in mind, you are in a dual agency situation if the broker represents both sides. 

You can get a firm price for the panels and dual meters ( probably time to upgrade to 200 amp also ) But chasing down the circuits could get expensive , and its hard to get an accurate estimate
