US 10 year Treasury yields tumbled (by nearly 10 basis points today and counting..) with the latest inflation metrics showing a dip last month indicating the Federal Reserve could start to lower interest rates this year with a now 80% chance of a September rate cut. 

If there is no wiring, I certainly wouldn't go out of my to cut the walls and ceiling and wire it to add the fan. 

There are some good people in business, but there are also nasty, hateful people that will cut your throat for few bucks.

A place like Figure will likely deny you, from my understanding they're focused on the cleanest cut scenarios.

As far as just a clean cut away?

It will be interesting to see what happens if we get a Fed rate cut or two before the end of the year what will happen. 

Get a camper, paint it brown or black, cut out a window, put a college kid inside and sell coffee.

This should open the door for the Fed to hopefully consider a couple of rate cuts this year.

Sent my tech over and they had the flex line to the tank so twisted it cut off flow to lp, new one for me but it's real!

Something to keep in mind as well would be if there are any prepayment penalties on the existing loan that you've got as that would cut even further into the funds you'd be looking to take out.
