Are there any herds of RE Investors in Ogden Utah that meet weekly to regale each other with heroic stories of investing victories and share their investing wisdom in person?  

There are indeed some communities in AZ that are pretty upset about the short term rental business taking over their community.

I know the current tenant in quite upset cause the house has roof problems.

@Toshi HiraokaI'm sure a self directed custodian originator will get upset with this...I am very against SDIRAs, Self Directed Roths or any tax sheltered retirement accounts because you are subject to UDFI (more details below) and cannot leverage your investment which is a pillar in real estate investing.

There are some pretty serious talks of regulations going on right now and a lot of hosts are very upset about the TPT tax laws in particular.

It just upsets me when I see lenders do this trash.  

The other house we looked at was an excellent deal and we were so upset as the day we looked at it they took it off the market and we couldn't put in an offer.

I know somebody who had this happen, and she was upset that her new loan had higher interest rates to boot.

That's why I get upset with gurus, saying or suggesting anyone can do RE right out of the box, just doesn't work that way unless there are some very good skill sets available to them.

In wake county, they have a 3 ring binder filled with all REPORT OF FORECLOSURE SALE/RESALE forms from the trustees and NOTICE OF UPSET BID forms from "the competition".
