So @Scott Smith in Austin Texas has written a ton on the topic of LLC's, Series LLC's, holding companies etc.

Another person posted on a topic: "Unlicensed Property Management Company in Jackson Mississippi".

In most cases, neither is warranted.Warning: I am not an attorney, and this can be a complicated topic.

I cannot find this information on BP - if anyone is aware of specific articles on this topic which are on the site (I have pro membership), please advise?

But then I run into due-on-sale clause issues (I understand the hot topic that is, not for this post).  

@Rob WallaceCredit unions typically do not lend to LLC’s I will focus on another topic - I strongly recommend your operating agreement have terms preset if things personally go bad and one has to buy the other out.
