Anyway, we snaked both sinks 15' from the drain and found nothing.

Bet people have had deals snaked from them by these software sellers.

I just did a 2nd floor of a rental for a customer and snaked in 11 new outlets to remove the old bx and that job was 1200.00

There are some very high quality providers, but also some snakes out there.

Plumbing snake floor drain $250.00, HVAC new water tank $650.00, swept floor from flood, cleaned carpet $150.00 and HVAC installed new blower $295.00.

Assuming they won't cover anything but routine snaking (which seems to be covered in my warranty) am I responsible for issues in the "main line" (ie: outside the house).  

Since they are not local I'm not afraid of them trying to snake a deal.
