The only thing I don't like about them is they are quite hesitate to submit offer for me sometimes, because I tend to go lower too much on asking price.

Jay -The seller presented me a signed counter offer and my professional JOB is to submit over any documents to my clients as soon as possible.  

I considered Texas and was going to submit an offer but then we did more analyzing and realized it is tough.

I am not sure if this is a good idea given that I will have to close quickly.Option b) will involve submitting documentation to all lenders (I don't mind that), but I will be using the services of only one lender.

I am not sure if what we use is specific to our software suite but we use HappyStays app (same parent co of Streamline VRS). 

We hooked up county records , software listings etc to get the true sqft of the home.

Understand how bad that looks for YOU when they ask about the offer we’re submitting and we have no idea what they are talking about.

I am fed up using Propstream. I started with Batch leads. Both does not have more than 50% correct data in my opinion. What else are you using. I reviewed Property Radar recently too, have yet to try.

I have been having issues recently with my PM software  TenantCloud not carrying my listing description over to all the marketing websites.
