Ok put up a FSBO sign in the yard with you phone # on it someone that knows the owner will call the owner their is a FSBO sing up they will call you and ask why are you selling my house. you tell them this is the only way i had to find you. what would like to do with this houseAllen

I now only do bandit sings and I am getting solid leads calling me every week. 100 bandit signs a week guarantee you will have leads calling you. btw after 6 month of having a car magnet I did not get a single lead. 

Not saying you folks that send yellow letters and put up bandit sings are going to the federal pen.. but you know how far can you take this

I then have my buyer sing an assignment co tract that myself and end buyer sign.
