All built in 2018, sold for various prices from about 146-179k, and many currently renting in the 13 and 1400's.I see BP has degraded this pic too much to be useful.

I track miles, to do lists, receipts and more, much more because it allows me to organize easily, takes great scans of receipts and other documents I may need to access quickly including prospective properties I’ve done research on and is accessible on the cloud.

It may have been her income that made it affordable.When one tenant wants to leave, it's important to verify the remaining tenant(s) can handle rent on their own.As others have said, once they bounce a check you should stop accepting checks from them, ever.

@Sean Autry we had a tenant whose bigazz dog tore up oak hardwood flooring & I wish I still had the pics.

I think I am going to just let them do their thing and get some before and after pics to make sure they are doing what they said they would do.

Either post it to the door and take a pic and/or send it certified mail.
