Maybe it was just an accounting error?

If the credit report is showing an error, it should be easy enough to get it removed if you have some supporting documentation.If the report is showing correct information, you might want to try a goodwill letter to the creditor.

Errors and omissions insurance is required by law in many states.

Also, my error on the number for rehab.

Wholesaler possibly, rookie investor possibly, or an experience builder who has a different exit strategy (build bigger for a better ARV, subdivide lot and build 2 houses, raise the roof and double the square footage).  

I found out yesterday the water bill was actually updated to my name back in July due to a error on my teams part.

My sister has been handling the financial part of our deals, but she will be the first to tell you she is a rookie as well.
