OTM was more a round table discussion of current events, predictions, news etc as it related to real estate, where the hosts also provide some great personal stories that relate to the topics discussed. 

I'm thinking now though that it may be more appropriate to attempt that a little further on down the road once my own personal risk tolerance could accept it.

What types of IRS/CPA approved payments are working well for rents to LLC entities to keep personal and business funds from co-mingling? 

The owner was motivated due to personal circumstances and wanted to avoid the hassle of listing the property publicly.To negotiate the deal, I started by understanding the seller’s priorities.

By year 5 we had around 55 people.We did hire a marketing person but frankly marketing wasn't our strong suit. 

And I don't think they're taking applications yet, but you'll likely have to apply in person.
