I like what I'm hearing from them so far and I think it is insurance the way an insurance company would be set up if they understood investors, but I'm hoping someone in the BP sphere has some depth of experience with them.

OZ is your only real option at this point.

As the software developer I have been working enough long time in the accountant sphere and communicating a lot with all kinds of accountants I know now a lot about what they need and how they need.

But for a lot of the syndications you see and hear about through BiggerPockets, and some of the fund of funds that run in the same sphere of influence, where investment minimums are $50k, there is very little value proposition in them.  

I am collecting a few a month again but very very selectively.Engelo have you let your brothers and sisters in OZ know about this site..?

See if my local sphere needs month-to-month rentals as much as advertising on platforms for nightly rentals.
