If so, you got to understand that Texas is a non-disclosure state.

In return, we fire them over deals that we don't typically focus on like non-real estate commercial lending.

(Looking to spend 130 or less)Just looking for advice, this would be my first property and I'd like to get cash flow while being in a non crime filled area, and being able to count on at least some future appreciation. 

Given it is straightforward, non-payment you might as well do it yourself, come to the hearing with all your paperwork. 

And if they use public funds the property has to remain affordable housing for THIRTY YEARS which is insane.

Ultimately, if the numbers make sense for your than move forward.I agree full heartedly…..but they are non-negotiable on their price.
