I've gotta put glass-front cabs, marble counters, nice interior/exterior solid doors, real wood floors, no-texture drywalling, etc. in my flips in this category and believe me, my estimates don't look like the ones often attached to a wholesale deal.C) Some areas in Houston that offer these 350k+ purchase prices have undergone significant flooding in the past few years (Meyerland, Energy corridor, etc.) that has anybody not familiar on a street-by-street, house-by-house basis more skiddish than before.D) I completely agree w/ @Ryan Zomorodi.

Hi Guys,Several years ago, I heard about tax overages after learning about it through a tax lien program and would like to start applying this strategy. 1) How do I find out whether there are specific statues or finder's laws for overages or excess proceeds in my state?

Near the end of the text it quotes the Adams County District attorney and then states that "Colorado statue forbids contractors to require payment before work is done."

Any town that has a statue of Sgt Carter, on main street, from the old show Gomer Pyle, USMC, is my kind of town. 

For instance, a marble countertop may look great, but it seems like marble is a somewhat delicate material a renter may easily damage without meaning to.
