@Tim Gordon I listened to your podcast and was very impressed with what you've done in the San Diego market.

I was under the impression that contractors do walkthroughs and provide estimates too.

I was quite impressed and decided to affiliate myself with the LuxHomePro group at the Diamond level.

I am extremely interested in Atlanta as I am so impressed every time I visit.  

It's a business entity set up with it's own TIN, filing it's own tax return, and with a different ownership composition than the tax payer for your 1031 property. 

Been pretty impressed so far but we haven't closed yet. 

Escalation clauses can sometimes leave a bad impression on a seller, and it boils down to how effectively the listing agent will communicate the offer.

Granted I have fewer impressions, but more clicks per impression. 

If I blindfolded you and dropped you on the other side and told you that you were in Hanover, you'd be impressed with how nice Hanover looks.I'm told that the Mayor has an official plan to march that demarcation line further to the east. 

Since you are based there, what is your overall impression of the Portland market currently?
