@Eric Bilderback I've hosted a few meetings internally and externally since covid.

An external camera to make sure your guests aren't leaving trash outside the bear box or parking on the street isn't a bad idea.You should also go and introduce yourself to all the neighbors in the immediate area.  

This would make account and taxes much easier.Then... if you want to do work for other people create a separate LLC which only handles work done for external customers. 

If so was the damage and repair to the external pipe covered by your homeowners Insurance policy? 

Lock out the external noise and constantly learn.

Not to mention chewed off outside dryer vents & the exterior Hi Efficiency PVC externals.

But if there's an external property management company it's less likely.  

I have a builder friend who mentioned that it could be due to a sagging rafter but hard to tell from just an external picture.  

Personally, I think that the LLC comes with tradeoffs: In the pros category is:- Liability protectionIn the cons category are: - Complexity- Cost - Maintenance requirements- Risk of triggering the due on sale clauseI think that the pro outweighs the cons when there are meaningful external assets to protect.
