The problem really comes down to the fact that the majority of these vacation rental platforms are not designed for enterprise use (because they're marketed towards consumers), so there's multiple proprietary systems to try to map out for someone to sync them all, rather than being built to map with the GDS (global distribution system) platforms that more traditional booking engines (Expedia, Booking.com, Travelocity, etc) use.

If I was to go back to school and get my Masters degree, I would look at an MBA with an emphasis in accounting.

I certainly want to attract young professionals with families, so an emphasis on the aforementioned criteria is a must.

Either way, I am currently a 'Global not eligible to vote guy' ;-)... haha Well, fact remains, President Elect Obama has been elected at the wrong time - I mean, Global recession / Depression!!

I do try to subscribe to: "Keep It Simple Stupid (KISS)" That is really the only global rule of thumb I can think of right now.

I personally think many investors are sitting on the sidelines and waiting for unemployment numbers to improve,US soveriegn debt crisis to be resolved, EU debt issues to be solved, US dollar to increase and overall global economic confidence to resume.

YOu should put   in CAPs with emphasis that having your license was the nexus to your success.. for the life of me I can't figure out why folks who really want to make it in this game ( that don't have other substantial income from their company they own or high paying profession.)
